Review on G Promise Handheld Diverter Adjustable Extender by Jose Guzman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very good quality shower head set

Easy to install. Well constructed. The extension has locked positions. So if you try to install it when it's not latched, the lever doesn't seem able to support (i.e. move) the head. Make sure you lock it before installing, otherwise you may accidentally install it upside down. I use a suction cup hose holder for my handheld because my shower head is too high for me to comfortably reach. It is possible to use both a rain shower and a hand shower at the same time, but with the expected pressure loss in the upper part. My pressure loss is less pronounced since I have a flow restrictor at the top of the rain rather than in a portable. I was able to easily remove the flow restrictor from the handpiece, but I couldn't get the sandblaster out of the main shower head to access the restrictor. I decided to leave it out instead of messing around with it too much. The pressure is fine. I wish it was stronger but I think I can get used to it (because it helps conserve water). I know I can always try to remove it later if I change my mind. The instructions that came with it are really not that great. All necessary tools are included. lashing wrench. plumber tape. Cloth to use between wrench and hardware to prevent scratches.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Almost never
