Very happy with the purchase! Comes with tools, tape, extra parts. I didn't have to fetch anything from the garage. It really is all metal! Better than expected. I'll talk about durability later, but I expect it to hold up well. TO UPDATE. Less than a week and my wife made me order the same for her bathroom.

Very well packaged to protect the product. Comes with everything you need. I love that everything is metal and feels solid and heavy compared to those sold in big stores. I installed it fairly easily but it was leaking a bit so I had to tighten it a bit. I removed the flow restrictors and the water flow and pressure are really good. I think I will like this shower head.

Great Product! Easy to install, great instructions, they provide everything you need right in the box! Not only is it pretty, it works amazing! I've spent 3x as much on famous products in the past, they didn't work as well as this one! They even include a restrictor removal tool for heavier/heavier water flow! I'm a retired plumber and installed this in my own home. Out of the thousands of showerheads/handhelds I've worked with, this is one of the highest quality units I've ever dealt with. Regulators are tight, the threads are protected during transport, the finished chrome parts are well packed, the paintwork is good. The changeover runs smoothly and the water flow is good. Highly recommended.

I am completely honest and sometimes ruthless in my reviews, but this shower is the most amazing thing I have ever had. I did it in less than five minutes, clear instructions, removed the throttle they explained and I had water pressure in my shower like I've never had before. So excited! Easy to install. Well constructed. The extension has locked positions. So if you try to install it when it's not latched, the lever doesn't seem able to support (i.e. move) the head. Make sure you lock it before installing, otherwise you may accidentally install it upside down. I use a suction cup hose holder for my handheld because my shower head is too high for me to comfortably reach.
