Review on 🧈 Premium Porcelain Butter Water Dish - Sweese 3126: The Perfect Addition to Your Kitchen Routine by Randy Albright

Good Oiler: Hospitality & Entertainment

So for many years I had an old porcelain oil bowl that broke. Had to keep replacing but I realized the lubricator is the lubricator. I saw a Sweese butter dish being used at a local bread shop and decided to give it a try, but didn't really like the round shape. When I saw this I decided to give it a try. It easily fits a stick of butter, which made it look very similar to my old butter dish, so I liked it. You still have to spread it out so that it actually sticks to the pan or the oil will fall out of the bowl. Just take it out of the paper and throw it away. I had it not long ago but so far it's been great. I would add a little less water than the fill line as the oil may just be in the water which looks odd but doesn't do anything flavorful. It's only been a few days so I'm not giving 5 stars. I hope to remember to come back and update in a few months.

Pros
  • EASY TO USE AND EASY TO CLEAN. The French oiler comes with a fill line on the inside, so you don't have to guess anymore. The water forms an airtight film that preserves the flavor and freshness of the oil. Requires minimal maintenance, easy to clean in the dishwasher. Change the water every day or every 2-3 days.
Cons
  • Requires an outlet
