Just received this yesterday and was so excited to try it. Of course I can't talk about any advantages just yet; However, I can confirm some of the comments made by the other reviewers. It's a fine powder and has a really "meaty" taste. All reviews and packaging say to mix with hot water. I put the scoop in the blender with hot coffee (one reviewer said they liked it in coffee). It builds pressure when shaken, so make sure to slowly loosen the flip cap several times during the shaking process. Forms a very thick foam. I poured it into my coffee mug thinking it was just black coffee. NOT RIGHT. As some have pointed out it has no flavor, well it does. I had "coffee with beef". Pooh. So I added natural cream and it took away the weird taste and made it drinkable. I would recommend mixing with some hot water, letting cool and adding to a fruit smoothie. I will update with all notable benefits! Happy drinking!
