The support team are excellent - they help with any questions we have along our journey through implementation. They also offer great ongoing training as needed throughout the life cycle which enables you to continue learning new things. There were some technical issues when implementing within legacy sites but this was sorted quickly once identified. You need an account set up specifically for your organisation/project so it's not free otherwise for smaller organisations without IT resources or expertise (which ours wasnt). We found that having separate accounts enabled us to keep different aspects of information secure at each stage during development of a large scale system design document (SDD) across multiple teams.
