We have visited Bed, Bath and Beyond dozens of times for replacement cutlery sets and they stock many models and styles for Cambridge as well as other brands. Many of them are either very low or well over $100. Let's just say our old set lost a lot of parts over the years. I was on a budget of $100 for another set and was dying for something that would seat 8 people and maybe even some cutting supplies. I didn't want to spend a fortune because the cutlery just seems to be leaving the house. Now this set will be used for lunch boxes and hopefully the new set will stay around the house. The satin finish is different, I didn't have a set with that finish. It looks a bit worn, not shiny and bright. I think it's just different. The remote control is actually built into the socket, so not separate.
