I originally ordered this razor because I'm trying to reduce plastic and using it instead of disposable razors or even replacement head razors can make a HUGE difference. That being said, there is a learning curve! I have very sensitive skin. The first time I used it was in the shower with a minimal amount of shaving cream to shave my legs. I had many cuts on my legs and missed a lot of hair. I tried it a second time outside of the shower and with lots of shaving cream (I know it's not the most eco-friendly, I'm looking at shaving sticks instead). After getting out of the shower I was able to shave my legs with a lot less blood and this time I had MUCH more hair! I even had the guts to shave my armpits and not cut them at all! :) I think I'll get even better at it with a little practice! I noticed that there are MUCH LESS RAZOR JET! Having such sensitive skin is a BIG PLUS! I love that the blade is so easy to insert and the replacement heads are VERY cheap! I think I might try to get my husband to buy one to try too!
