I bought this to make my room a little cooler for my son so I'm VERY disappointed that he had so many problems and wasted my time. First, the ice cubes he was traveling with were broken so they couldn't be used (not a big deal, of course), then the menu screen stopped working. And to top it off, the bottom of the radiator started to LEAK. it didn't even have a crack or anything else I could try to fix, they just put it together so cheaply it leaked due to improper assembly. wait there! As soon as I tried to contact the company they started ignoring my emails. I know this because I emailed them first about the ice trays, they responded within a day, but when I told them about the other issues and how I want my money back, they didn't within two weeks answered. I've had this cooler for less than a month and all of these problems appeared within a week. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, IT'S NOT WORTH IT
