was good for a project at first but now I'm working on a second project and couldn't figure out why my needles were bent and broken checked if the tension is normal but here comes the subtle thing when I open the bobbin case the needle keeps hitting the bobbin case, it's cheap and made of plastic, the case looks like someone's made of cut off the plastic and it's stuck to the plate above then I turn over and the bobbin case is jammed, the threads are tangled and the needles are broken/bent. I got this in October 2020, only used it for one project
