UPDATE: I've upgraded this to 3 stars for customer service. At first I was disappointed again that they wanted to treat this event like a store loan. My original cost was $20 but now they are selling their cases for $50 and offered to give me a comparable case and charge me $30 for the difference. no You should be ashamed of yourself for even considering this option. I ended up choosing 2 open boxes to match my original purchase which sold for $10 each. They will live in my lens case and only come out during shooting. This case as currently designed cannot handle the daily routine of hanging up a phone. _____________ I VERY RARELY write a bad review, but I'm just plain disappointed in this case. I have invested hundreds of dollars in MOMENT as a lens and phone accessory platform. You would think that the most important part of their WHOLE FUCKING SYSTEM, the part that attaches the lens to the real phone, would use metal for a twist lock. I bought it less than 1 year ago and within 1 month the wooden backing had separated from the body and was twisting so badly that I had to remove it. By the 3rd month, the space for the strap came loose. And now the plastic that attaches the lens to the body just flakes off, rendering hundreds of dollars worth of lenses, lens hoods, adapters, filters and EVERYTHING completely useless. The best part is that I bought my suitcase for $20 and was able to munch on another 20 to get what I needed and keep shooting. Now this POS case will cost me $50? Are you serious MOMENT?
