The product arrived damaged, and the left earpiece did not charge (the left earphone is the primary one when connected). I returned it the same day under the warranty, and they promised that the money will be reimbursed within 10 days. However, it has already been two months, AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM YET. Complete and utter failure, the Sony Center! I purchased these headphones from a different retailer, and overall, I am pleased with my purchase. However, I do not recommend purchasing anything from the Sony Center itself. Make your purchases at other retailers!
