Product runs small. Low quality! It smelled strange. As soon as I picked up the dress I noticed that it was small and smelled strange. No way am I trying it on with the smell it had. I contacted Revain because the app didn't have a way to return an item. After speaking to a representative they advise that the item is non-refundable unless it is DAMAGED. And there is no way to contact the seller. EVEN ON AMAZON THERE IS NO CONTACT INFORMATION ABOUT THE SELLER! I argue with this gentleman about politics. And I point out that the product page states the return policy. Please escalate this question to higher authorities. While waiting for the supervisors to call, I examine the dress, the zipper is broken. THANK YOU BABY JESUS. I've never been so excited to find damage on an item! I was able to return the item, but even the warden himself had to work hard to make it happen. Worst purchase ever. DO NOT BUY THIS.
