I recently purchased a Cromorc Quad HD wireless camera with 10.1 monitor and 1TB hard drive. I bought this to replace my old non HD quad camera security system for better image quality and improved performance. My house is brick on the outside with multiple windows, the cameras are all on the street. When I installed my new system, there were some issues with poor signal strength due to brick walls, which was solved by installing a camera antenna extender through the wall (for one camera) and an IPC router to send signals from two cameras. In my car, the connection to the DVR is through the window. This seems to solve the signal transmission problem. Technical customer support team was easy to contact and quick to respond with options and advice (via email); even providing the antenna extension I needed (free of charge). I have to admit that my old security cameras never needed signal boosting devices even though they were installed in the same place as the new cameras. Pros: The picture quality is great (much better than my old system), the operating system (ie browsing, copying to a flash drive and many other options) is also much better. The operating instructions, on the other hand, could be improved, as they use many illustrations to clarify information that is difficult to read without a magnifying glass and better lighting. Each of the cameras has an unsightly white wire dangling about 12 inches long (for connecting cameras, etc.) that's pretty hard to hide. Overall I am very happy with my new CCTV system and would recommend it to a friend. .
