Bought in December, now February and no longer works. E2 error appeared suddenly. I checked and it says the error code means overheating. What you can't see is how cold the ceiling is, like ice. It was good while it lasted. The heat really helped with my neuropathic pain. I also liked the fact that it stays for 9 hours. If it lasts all winter I might give it a higher rating as I really liked this throw. Shame!
