Review on πŸ”§ 16-Piece Precision Screwdriver Tool Kit for Repairing Samsung, iPhone, iPad, Computers, Laptops, and Other Devices by Michael Freemason

Some of them are pretty strong and some are terrible

Unfortunately this tool kit is a mixed bag, some are pretty strong and some are terrible. The guitar drivers and instruments seem solid for the most part. The ones I used to replace the battery on my Kindle Fire HD7 worked fine (see photos of screwdrivers, pickaxes, and blades). The only exception is the "Blade" tool, which looks almost like a spatula: Its screw-on assistant cannot be tightened enough to prevent the blade from slipping in the holder, which severely limits its general usability. β€’ Spudgers (plastic tools) are useless. The little spatula I needed the most got my hands on it within the first 2 minutes of use trying to open the case of my Kindle. Then when I switched to a larger spatula, the tip slowly chipped to an uncomfortable dullness as I used it (see my photos, including close-ups of broken and chipped spatulas). I ended up using guitar tools to remove the base of my Kindle. β€’ The knife blade is useless as the single screw mount cannot be tightened enough to hold the blade in place. β€’ 2 very poor quality tweezers. Quality and can only be used to grab "thick" objects as the tweezer tips will curve outward if you press hard anywhere BUT right on the tips. For example, I tried to use tweezers to peel off some pieces of tape holding the Kindle battery and battery cable, but I couldn't get hold of it because the tips of the tweezers were curling out! Conclusion: I should have paid a little more for better tools. Don't repeat my mistake!
