Review on KaratCoinBank by Ken Coste

I like how easy it was to create my account, they have an app for both android & iOS which makes things easier when using your phone while traveling or at work etc! The customer support team has been very helpful as well even though there are many questions that can be answered within their FAQ section. It's not much but i do dislike having to pay $10 just because you want to withdraw some money from them since this fee isn't mentioned in any terms & conditions documents we received prior signing up (which could've helped us understand better). This might seem silly considering they're such big names now however if you were unaware then maybe its understandable why there wouldnt' be fees associated with withdrawing cash. Also sometimes people will ask me what exchange platform i use so i'll give them info about Binance/Bittrex ect..
