I got a faulty punch which was curious because someone else reported a similar problem: something near the center hole (it seemed like a big screw to me - me could see the whole thing top down into the space where the paper enters) prevented the paper from being pushed back flush with the back. The paper rotated around it, and so the holes were all staggered - some closer than others depending on how you chose to go around the axis. This really annoyed me because it was a very obvious and visible defect - I'm shocked at the quality. The management would be so bad especially since others were complaining about the same issue. Luckily, Revain quickly replaced it for me - sent it on the air the next day! Years later I came back to say that sucks. Constantly stuck. Aligning paper is not easy. He makes crazy noises. I hate that.
