Firm does NOT include all required parts! BEWARE of 1-star ratings and consider using an empty 1-gallon. You can use a paint can instead as it is sturdier than this trash can. All after-sales service no longer includes the BARELY REQUIRED snap-on raised floor which includes the sand (customer provided!) needed to make this bin work. I know this because I still have the original. It's identical in every detail, including the visible interior hold-down lines for the snap-on false bottom. The same dimensions, shape, texture, material, etc., except for the MISSING PART. I have to assume that the manufacturer and/or distributor no longer has the injection mold to make it and doesn't bother replacing it since at $15 a unit (overpriced without all the parts!) it doesn't have ALL need their customers to be satisfied. If only 60% of us are happy, then both the company and its owners are happy.
