Review on Nair Men's Hair Remover Body Cream, 13 oz. by Erin Young

I have been using Nair for many years and it is a wonderful product for inexpensive body hair removal. You can remove strands of hair in minutes without causing razor bumps or tons of ingrown hairs without the pain of waxing, but that's ONLY if you've read the directions and been careful when using it. If you don't, you'll end up with painful chemical burns because you a) didn't take spot tests seriously before using it, b) tried to use it on sensitive areas when that's clearly not intended, or c) have allowed it to saturate the skin with it and leave it longer than your body can endure. It's a fantastic and inexpensive alternative to waxing and laser hair removal, but if you don't follow the instructions, you won't like it and you won't like it. hence all 1 star ratings. Extra tips: don't put it next to the stain, wash your hands thoroughly after application, if you feel ANY tingling, remove immediately (a burn doesn't mean it'll work) and don't do it. Do not apply several times in a short time, give the skin time to recover.
