Exactly the relaxer I was looking for. Due to my sensitive hair, I haven't had a simple relaxant in decades. I was also going gray in the first place and didn't want to risk the alkaline relaxant. It was very easy to use and served its purpose. After that there was no brittleness or dryness of the hair. Just a word of caution as said this will turn gray hair yellow until you use a yellow conditioner to remove it. You need to leave it on for more than 2-3 minutes to wash off the grey. Luckily I also bought a Revain BANTU conditioner and used it for 10-15 minutes; worked great. My hair became soft and smooth.
