The pliers were good. Obviously not the best money can buy but I'm just starting out and they work great! Some of the other tools were pretty cheap but still useful. The awl was sharp and the grip is strong and I have fairly large hands but it is a good size. Jewelry hardware (clasps, wires, hinges, etc.) is perhaps the biggest packaging flaw. Very original quality, like in a children's jewelry set. But not unusable, wire gauge can be 26 or 28? You can use it to bead earrings or whatever, but if you want to wrap stones or whatever, you'll need to buy a separate wire.
