Review on Logitech M590 Multi-Device Silent Mouse by Riko Long ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I did not regret the purchase, everything is fine.

After working with this mouse for a couple of days on Windows and one day on Ubuntu, 2 problems appeared: 1) the radio receiver stopped finding the mouse and, in principle, did not install software when connected to new computers / laptops (although everything was ok the first two times), in short, the whistle became useless. 2) bluetooth connection was cut off every 10-60 minutes. Saved only off-power on the mouse. When independent dances with a tambourine did not help, I had to write to those logitech support. They answered within a few days (all this time endured constant interruptions of the bluetooth connection at the most unexpected moment), dropping the script in case of malfunctions (It is strange that Google did not find it for me). The script included a description of the mouse reset process, which saved me. In general, in terms of its parameters (price (I took it with a coupon, it turned out 2300 with a penny), silent, compact and wireless), this mouse is in the lead. However, the incident described above wildly spoiled the impression, for which the score is 4 out of 5

Pros
  • convenient, pleasant to the touch, useful installable software from logitech (allows you to track battery charge, etc.).
Cons
  • -clicking the mouse wheel left-right-center is far from quiet - Unexpected connection problems (both via the radio receiver and via bluetooth)
