On my device, the Earise rechargeable speaker system, the antenna broke, bought this and found that the part of the shaft that inserts into the inner wire of the antenna and the screw attached to it was thicker than the original. it doesn't fit in the bracket but i was able to use the original tip, luckily you can unclip the old antenna on the elbow and it's the same as the original, there is a screw you can use to remove the old antenna on your elbow and swap. with this. You don't have to worry that it will match your original connection. This is for my device, I can't say it works for other devices. Worked great after installation.
