I have size XL and it fits women size S or XS. I'm 5ft 4in, 120lbs, 34B, and it fits my chest perfectly, hitting just below the thigh without completely covering my butt. When I'm wearing a sweater or sweatshirt, the sleeves are a bit tight, but when they're on, it's not very noticeable. The color and cuffs look great and the zipper works nice and smooth. It's a little thinner than I expected, but it blocks the wind well and the furry interior makes a big difference.
