The second headset from Plantronics, the first was the ML-18, which began to glitch after seven years of operation. I've been using it for a month and a half, I like the look, good noise reduction work. Probably because of the good noise reduction, the maximum volume is not very high here - I would prefer a little louder. Compared to the previous one, I don’t really like the fastening on the ear - it doesn’t hold well without the earpiece, and the earpiece looks flimsy and it’s not known how long it will last, I remember that the similar one on the Nokia headset broke in a couple of months. In general, the impression is positive, I hope the headset will last no less than the previous one.
