The user experience is very friendly, with easy to use features for both new and old users. The support system makes it very easy to get help when you need it. I can't think of anything bad about this program so far! It's been great for us and our clients in getting people hired. We have seen an increase in candidates looking for work. And we have also noticed a decrease in hiring managers needing help finding qualified candidates. I like how easy it was to get started using flex r, there are many different ways you can use this software for your business needs so if one doesn't work out just try another! Nothing really but i do think they should add more features in terms of scheduling etc as well maybe make some changes with their layout or something? Definitely give them an opportunity because we've been able improve our customer service by being better at communicating through email/text messages.
