The ease at which you can use it! It's so simple for non technical people like myself who are used to using Word or Excel with formatting issues but have very little experience when working online/in an office environment - I was able to set up my documents within seconds without needing any training (and yes there were some steps!). There isn't anything i dislike about this product other than perhaps the cost compared to similar products such as Quickbooks Online etc. If your looking into purchasing document templates then make sure they cover what ever area u need them too before buying one offsite because not all will support everything required by your business needs. We needed something relatively cheap yet could be adapted easily if we wanted more features later downline. This did exactly as intended allowing us access anytime anywhere via our mobile devices.
