Wish I would have bought the Bentgo brand

Not leak proof and hard to close. Just pay a few more bucks for the Bentgo brand. Applesauce and other liquidy foods leak out make a huge mess. It's a cute pattern and ok for like sandwiches, grapes, Crackers, etc. But takes a lot of finaggling to get it closed. I bought a Bentgo brand one also and have no problems at all with it.

Encourages independence in kids by giving them control over their own lunch

Cons

The lunch box may not be suitable for children with food allergies
