Great for my New Years Eve cowgirl boots

I like the fabric and weight (not too sheer, I wear overalls), fitted below the waist, true black, easy care and easy to pack in luggage/hand luggage. The length goes great with my high top cowboy boots. It falls about two inches above my boots; My height is 5 feet 8 inches. The belt is too big so I have to deal with that. I ordered 1XL_Plus because I wanted to make sure the skirt wasn't too tight or too tight. The waist probably fits well for someone who wears this size. I took it to the cleaners. I would wash it before wearing and not tumble dry. This was a great purchase for my use case, which will happen about twice a year or less.
