When I first bought this around 2017 everything worked fine. But now the app won't recognize the device no matter how many times I try to connect it. This could be due to two factors: new Android OS updates and missing app updates from the manufacturer. So here's my list of pros and cons: Pros if you can make it work: 1. Decent print quality2. Cheap refills compared to other portable photo printers Cons1. No app updates since 2017. Now the device is not working since I updated to Android Pie.2 OS. Bad picture quality. They usually come out a little blurry and grainy. Most of the time it is due to the weight of the paper as the app no longer connects to the printer. This device was discontinued by the manufacturer and should therefore no longer be sold. This must be openly stopped.
