It's a thin, fresh jersey material that flatters my shoulders. The hood keeps it cool and strengthens me during my workout so I can focus on the exercise. Bought this first set and immediately bought other colors. Highly recommended! I bought the XXL, I'm 5ft 10", 265lbs, broad shoulders and dad bod centerpiece lol. But this fit complements my body and makes me feel great walking out in public.
