If your budget doesn't allow the VVX 500's touchscreen, this is pretty much the same phone. If you're used to the touchscreen, it will take some time to get used to the navigation buttons used to control the screen. but if you're used to the black and white screens of low-end phones, you'll find them very comfortable. Screen quality is good - not quite as good as the VVX 500 I don't think - but that might be my perception, I didn't have it to test. What worries me the most is the HD voice quality and I can't tell any difference between these or more expensive models - Polycom has a really good HD VoIP phone on the market!
