Although I wear pants size 40 with a waistband. That doesn't mean I'm a size 40 waist. My waist is closer to a 37 or 38 hip size, but my butt and legs are above average at any weight. I suggest people measure their waists with a tape measure. But this belt fits well and looks good. This navy blue belt is more like navy blue or navy blue.
