Wow, that thing is heavy! If you're used to regular Rubbermaid or other plastic trash cans, this one will surprise you. It's hard, heavy, and feels like ceramic. Obviously it's fiberglass, but fiberglass is thick. I have no problem with the thing not burning. I suspect this garbage can will exist after human civilization is gone. I wouldn't call it attractive, but I wouldn't call it ugly either. It is solid and neutral in color (light grey, as opposed to the photos which show it in a matte vanilla colour). It won't decorate your home at all, but it will definitely serve as a reliable and safe trash can. I would even suggest that this is a good place to put oiled rags or old nails in the garage. It definitely won't leak or break. Verdict: This is a commercial-grade bin that will stand up to rough handling but looks a little uninteresting, like what you'd find in a hospital or less-than-stylish office. . Four stars for quality.
