DVR and cameras are very good quality and easy to install. I would buy again. However, immediately remember that if you have any questions about the system, you are on your own. There is no support service. I called California customer service. I spoke to someone whose English left a lot to be desired. I doubt they are in California. I suspect this number goes straight to China. Also, I spoke to them twice about the problem and they said they would email me the solution. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for a reply from you. I also went to their website and typed in my question and got the same answer, silence. Bottom line good facilities but no customer service.
