Finally it worked but one remote didn't work when it arrived. You have to press the black button on the inside of the battery compartment to get the mode you want. The remote turns on and off. Nice color, set of 2. The first remote I opened did nothing. No matter what you press, the lights simply switch between different modes. The light does not turn off even if you press and hold the off button for 3 seconds as instructed in the instructions. So I tried a different remote control. He turned it off, but the remote control is useless. If you want to change modes, the remote only works if you open the battery compartment and keep pressing that black button until you get the mode you want. Nowhere in the manual does it say this, it just says to change the mode using the battery case AND the remote control. Absolutely the dumbest thing I've ever bought!
