
The device is shipped from the manufacturer in excellent condition. Installation was pretty easy. Just plug in the power and start it up because Win 10 is pre-registered so you don't have to mess with the licensing part. You can sign up or sign in with your Microsoft account if you wish, but it is not required. This is the only part you need to do to get started with the initial setup. After that, you'll need to create tons, tons, tons of Windows updates that will take at least a few hours to complete. During this time, your computer will run very slowly and CPU usage will suffer greatly. Don't expect to use your computer for a while until all Windows updates are complete. After that, the CPU usage returns to normal. Mine always runs around 40 Perfectish, but fluctuates a bit depending on what you're using it for. I mainly use this machine as a hopping host to remotely control my network devices via a console cable, so it does the job really well. It's an inexpensive standalone Windows with decent specs and performance, but you shouldn't use this as the only main PC you're going to depend on. Customer service was pretty good. First I had a few technical questions and the next day I was answered with relevant information. There are definitely no complaints. If this car lasts more than two years I will justify my money.
