Review on Snow Falling Jane G Villanueva Audiobook by Mary Jones

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Oh God! Review! What will he say, my friends?

As a fan of the series, this was very difficult for me to read. I always thought this wasn't the kind of book Jane would have written. But even if it wasn't and it was just a love affair, it still failed. I didn't like the book versions of Jane or Michael. But Reik, Zara, Abuela and Ronaldo were better and I liked them. But the worst of them is the "narrator". The Latin lover narrator's voice/character is wonderful in the series. And in the book? Not as much. Maybe it's because the author needs to talk to the reader, and I know that sometimes "Jane" didn't talk that way. Or is it because it's so annoying - interruptions and constant assumptions that the author knows how the reader is doing. Lots of "sniffs, sniffs," "oh my god!" "who is Josephine going to choose?" etc. and I just roll my eyes.
