I bought this keyboard case sold by The Deal Source and supplied by Revain - very different from the one sold and supplied by Revain! I have received a clearly used item as it does not match what I previously personally purchased. Here are some things that were missing (also see photos): 1. There is a plastic bag in the box that should be around the keyboard.2. There should be a plastic ring around the camera opening to protect the buttons.3. There should be a removable plastic sticker at the bottom of the keyboard.4. (Most important) Under the side of the case that encloses the iPad, there should be a white serial number sticker. Without this serial number, Logitech Customer Service cannot help you. As for the item itself, this is the cheapest "Apple Approved" keyboard cover for the iPad Pro. I like it better than their own keyboard folio because it fully wraps around (including holding the stylus securely) and because its shift keys feel like I'm actually typing. The Apple version has less coverage and feels like a tabletop hit, despite having a thinner and prettier profile. There's also Apple's new Magic iPad Trackpad Keyboard, which feels very comfortable, but doesn't allow you to flip the keyboard and use the iPad as a tablet without completely removing the iPad. Warning: The first Logitech keyboard I bought came out after about a year when the keys started to become unresponsive, starting with the spacebar. Take a picture of the serial number or put something on it because by that time mine was already worn out and I couldn't make a warranty claim without a serial number. I'm still trying this option again because I prefer it over the other two options for the reasons above.
