I love the Bucilla Christmas stockings. I made one for each member of our family and it's a wonderful tradition to break them up every Christmas. I ordered this for my new son and started working on it and then I noticed an awful black line across the snowman. Face (which is probably the most important and visible part). I tried several times to contact Bucilla with photos but nobody answered me. This has not been my past experience and I am sure it is not normal in general. However, this was a big problem for me.
