Not 100% Human Hair
I ordered 14" and 16" exactly the same color #. They were 2 very different colors. I am a hairstylist with 27 years experience and I say this is not all human hair, synthetics are mixed into it. How do I know? I have bleach at 40 vol. In 45 minutes the color did NOT change. I threw the package away thinking I could fix it to bring two very different tones together that THEY CAN'T. THIS IS NOT REAL HAIR. So lesson learned, I will never buy from this company again, I have no money and I can't do anything about it because I changed it.
