I saw this product in a Facebook video and decided to try it. I wanted something that would make it easier to detangle my hair after a shower without breaking my bank. The product itself came in a box with no instructions. I kind of figured it was common sense on how to use a comb properly. Requires 2 AA batteries. When I used it on the bottom of my hair I didn't have much of a problem other than the speed or power of the comb wasn't strong. When I started combing the top half of my hair, the power of the brush dropped by half or not at all. I have long, somewhat straight, thick hair. I'm not sure if it was because of the thickness or length of my hair, or if it was because of the type of battery I was using, but I definitely won't be using it again.
