Fine, but the design could have been better if it had been thought through. Great for small monitors or laptops, despite the issues described below. Design issues: 1) The vesa mount needs to be pre-installed so it needs to be placed on the table with the monitor attached (other models have a vesa mount that you can attach the monitor to after the mount is installed) 2) the Cable ducts must be unscrewed/unscrewed to open. This is very difficult with an installed monitor, especially if your desk is against a wall. On other models, these duct housings can be turned on and off for easy access. Other issues: He doesn't seem to like the weight of my 13lb monitor despite claiming he's over 14lbs. I can be bad at using a bigger monitor (32 inches) than it advertises (up to 27 inches). So if you have a larger monitor, this isn't the best choice. My tilt adjustment is as tight as it gets, but my monitor wants to tilt forward when I try to move it at all. The maximum height is around 16 inches (although I can't reach that height for my 14 lb monitor), which isn't suitable for a standing position.
