They take great pride in their product and business and talk about it a lot. Now I've had a chance to really review the product and this is a really great monitor stand and one of the best monitor stands I've ever used. I totally agree with this product and will use again.

Well packaged. Well designed. Well done! Advice. Remember to leave most of the cable exposed at the top of the bracket. All that rocking and twisting bent and broke my HDMI cable. Totally my fault but I wanted to share this experience.

Received this mount yesterday and started the installation process only to be disappointed. It is designed to grip flat + thick hard ground (no glass top). I have a desk with a glass top, 3" edge and 4" depth (bottom). The bracket could not fully grasp the edge of the table and the mounting screw was not long enough to reach the underside of the table top. So now he's sitting on the edge under the table. See photo. I am very impressed with the quality of the mount. Excellent materials, fit and finish. The gas cylinder makes adjustment very easy and the tension in the chamber can be adjusted. I have a 27 inch monitor and no adjustments were needed. A recommendation and a very important warning to be aware of. Honestly I didn't think I would like it. I've never had good success with these types of mounts. But this one really works! It arrived in great condition and the instructions were very easy to read. I opted for a clamp mount instead of drilling a hole in the table. After tightening the tension knob, this hand mount becomes rock hard. I liked how this monitor stand looked in the description. It seemed to have a lot of flexibility of movement and attaches to my desk conveniently. The only thing is that it only costs about $36 so I was worried about the quality. But when I received it I was so impressed with the thoughtful design and superb quality of this nimble hand. Fine, but the design could have been better if it had been thought through. Great for small monitors or laptops, despite the issues described below. Design issues: 1) The vesa mount needs to be pre-installed so it needs to be placed on the table with the monitor attached (other models have a vesa mount that you can attach the monitor to after the mount is installed) 2) the Cable ducts must be unscrewed/unscrewed to open.
