Honestly I didn't think I would like it. I've never had good success with these types of mounts. But this one really works! It arrived in great condition and the instructions were very easy to read. I opted for a clamp mount instead of drilling a hole in the table. After tightening the tension knob, this hand mount becomes rock hard. The only real issue I had was with the screws used to attach the monitor. The screws were too long and I couldn't tighten them properly. Once screwed in, I could easily take the monitor out of my hand. Not good. A quick trip to Ace Hardware solved that problem. I bought four shorter screws for less than a dollar, attached the monitor and the arm works like a champ with no adjustments. I am very happy with this purchase.
