I am very impressed with the quality of the mount. Excellent materials, fit and finish. The gas cylinder makes adjustment very easy and the tension in the chamber can be adjusted. I have a 27 inch monitor and no adjustments were needed. A recommendation and a very important warning to be aware of. Recommendation if you can: Drill a hole in the table and use a through table mount. This is safer and you eliminate any possibility of the monitor tipping over if you accidentally apply a large load or force to the monitor. The clamp feels solid, but I'm much more comfortable with a walk-through desk mount. Warning: When you open the box you will see a piece of Velcro with a yellow warning label. READ THE TAG. Before attempting to install the unit, I used zip ties to tighten my hand before beginning the installation. You can also use tape without any leftovers. The pressure is great and I had my doubts about VECRO. I would buy again. Very important
