This massage gun comes with a very nice soft rubber carry or carrying case and 8 massage heads to choose from depending on the area you want to use this gun on. There are good descriptions and illustrations showing the type of massage head for different parts of the body, so I won't try to repeat them here. Although I just wanted to point out that these heads are a bit larger and more efficient than some of the other brands. I think my favorite is the bright orange mushroom head recommended for the armpits, but I also use this particular head for my shoulders and shoulder blades. This mushroom head is made of soft, air-cushioned rubber that provides extra low bounce in use and is not as stiff as other heads, including round head foam. The gun itself isn't too heavy to hold with one hand for a 10-minute auto-off session. It has a hard plastic shell to protect the brushless motor inside, the handle has a nice soft non-slip rubber grip that is very comfortable to hold. A good percentage of battery power remaining is shown on the LCD, located on the bottom of the grip, as well as small blue dots at the bottom of the main LED screen on the back of the gun. Very easy to use, just turn on the small ON/OFF switch on the bottom of the gun, the LED screen will light up with a fingerprint icon in the center along with dots showing current battery life. Then lightly touch the fingerprint icon to increase the massage level or gun speed (1-7), indicated by the glowing blue lines around it. Personally I only prefer levels 2 to 5, anything above 5 is too much or too fast for me and I might get the odd ticket for speeding at such high speeds :). Seriously, this is a good massage gun that helps me relax and relieve muscle pain from long hours of sitting in front of the computer or body aches from exercising or exercising. The handle is long enough that I can carry this gun on my shoulders and lightly massage my lower shoulder blades and upper back. Long battery life at 4800mah, mine came with a completely dead battery so by the way it took me just over 6 hours to fully charge this gun and it still shows over 80% battery life remaining after a few days of use with 2- 3 sessions of 10 minutes a day. The noise level is not too bad even at maximum speed. Very durable and well made massage gun from Cotsoco.
