I really liked the products that came with the set. The polygel is a little sticky, but the slip solution helped reduce the stickiness. I recommend buying clear clips to keep the nail form in place when applying the slip solution under the nail form (spreading the poly gel) and to clean the edges of any excess gel spillage. My nail kept coming off so I had to use another finger to hold it in place. As soon as I put the nail under the UV lamp, it quickly cured. It is recommended to cure for 30-60 seconds, but the lamp power is only 6W, so I held it for about 2-3 minutes for the top and bottom of the nail. Also, I bought a nail clipper to trim the excess gel that has set on my cuticles and clean up the thickness under the nail as well as help remove the gel. The process is time consuming, but as this is my first experience, it's worth it... Also, I don't file my natural nail plates like I do in nail salons. I've always hated it because my natural nails get dented and take months to grow back. I only finished my left hand and only wanted to use the clear poly gel on my natural nails due to the amount of gardening I do. I plan to finish the right hand within the next day or so. The clear gel that comes with the kit is small so I have already ordered more clear poly gel (large tubes) and clips from this seller to hold the nail forms in place. Once I get the hang of clear gel I can move on to other colors. I would recommend this product and might end up buying a higher wattage UV lamp to speed up the process. Reviews about it were pretty good so I'm glad I chose this seller.
