I've only had it 4.5-5 months and it stopped working - you have to hold it up to the wall for it to even work and even then it started making weird noises so I'm afraid that he will electrify me. Disappointed as it was quite expensive and I definitely didn't abuse it - it stayed in one place and I don't take it anywhere. :( Also the reviewer before me had the same trouble finding the contact button to contact him and Amazon doesn't seem to recognize the sale of the order even if it's in my orders? Also a graduate student, I don't Having time to navigate such time consuming processes. Very annoying.
