Size small gloves run a bit narrow. I wear a small or sometimes extra small work glove and these are snug across my palm/back of hand but not so much I can’t use them. Bought this for my husband as he works outside and we had an attic freeze here in Dallas are with windchill at -8°. He used these and layered as well and he said he was very warm all day. Easy enough to install, and significantly brighter than OEM light. The brake "off" low is as bright as old brake "on" -- and when you do put the brake on it lights up very bright and visible. My experience has been that most of the 12 hour Cyalume products do exactly what they are advertised to do. I have used them for night SCUBA diving, cave and cavern exploration to include underwater, and in hazardous atmospheres as a primary light (non-flammable) and they produce light with almost no heat. Easy to initiate after removing the wrapper by simply cracking the vial inside the large vial and shaking. So the pads work- at least from a quick ride down my road. But in order to fit the pin on an older sora road disc brake caliper (Br-R317), I needed to use the old spring bars. The spring bar that came with the new pads did not allow the pin to slide all the way through. I'll update this review if there are any updates with pad wear.See full review

As far as being functional, they work fine! My issue is with the overall fit and finish! The set I received nothing looks like it was milled flush, and the workmanship is very sloppy! So it looks really cheap! The rear site is a little crooked, and does not seat square. It actually angled a little to the left (see photo). But you get what you pay for!
